Completed Services
- Refunds are generally not available for completed services, as services are based on time, expertise, and professional skill.

Nail Care Promise
If your nails chip, lift, or show signs of application failure within 7 days of your appointment, you may book a complimentary repair.This guarantee applies only where the issue results from our application.

Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Accidental damage
- Nail biting
- Excessive force
- Improper aftercare
- Sports activities
- Occupational wear and tear
- Swimming or chemical exposure
- Pre-existing nail conditions

Repairs for these issues are available at a nominal cost.

Colour & Design Changes
Changes of mind regarding colour, shape, design, style, or length are considered new services and are not covered under the repair guarantee.

Products Returns
Products may only be returned if:
- Defective
- Damaged upon receipt
- Incorrectly supplied

Handmade Products
Because our products are handcrafted and sold for personal use, opened or used products cannot be returned simply due to personal preference.

Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective:
1. Contact us promptly.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Provide photographs where applicable.

We may inspect the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
