Delivery Areas
Lemon Berry currently delivers throughout South Africa. Delivery to remote locations may require additional transit time.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During promotional periods, holidays, or peak demand, processing times may be extended.
- Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, certain items may occasionally require additional preparation time.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
- Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Centres: 1–4 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete. Additional charges may apply where parcels are returned due to incorrect address information.

Delays
Lemon Berry is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditionsPublic holidays
- Strikes
- Civil unrest
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Retain all packaging.
3. Provide photographs where possible.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is believed to be lost, we will work with the courier to investigate.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be offered after the investigation has been completed.
